Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on vc9998, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from Indonesia or from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party;
• You are not a current or former employee of vc9998 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such an employee;
• You do not currently hold another active vc9998 account, nor have you been permanently excluded from the Platform;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement, voluntary or otherwise, that would prohibit you from using gambling services;
• You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

vc9998 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within the timeframe specified by vc9998 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account.

To access the full functionality of vc9998 — including placing bets, participating in games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and create an account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address;
• Create a strong, unique password that you will not share with any third party;
• Notify vc9998 promptly of any changes to your registration information by contacting support;
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials at all times.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one active account on vc9998. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of any balances held therein.

vc9998 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any account that was opened in breach of these Terms.

In accordance with our commitment to platform security and regulatory compliance, all Members are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before any withdrawal request may be processed. KYC verification may also be required before a Member can access certain features or exceed specified transaction limits.

The standard KYC documentation required by vc9998 includes:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, color photograph of a valid government-issued identity document — such as an Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi), or passport — showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, clearly showing your full name and residential address in Indonesia;
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits belongs to you — for example, a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking app showing your name and account number, or confirmation of ownership of an OVO, DANA, or GoPay account.

vc9998 may request additional documentation at its discretion, including enhanced due diligence materials for high-value accounts. All documents submitted for KYC purposes are processed securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. KYC review is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission during WIB business hours.

All financial transactions on vc9998 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). vc9998 does not charge platform fees on deposits or standard withdrawals; however, individual banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which vc9998 accepts no responsibility.

5.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made via the following channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-Wallet: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt. vc9998 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, which are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. Only funds sourced from payment methods registered in your own name will be accepted. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• The withdrawal must be made to the same payment channel used to make the original deposit, unless otherwise approved by our finance team;
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day. Gold-tier VIP members receive priority processing with an average turnaround of under 15 minutes;
• vc9998 may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending further verification if unusual account activity is detected, or if the account is under investigation for breach of these Terms;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of the request.

5.3 Currency & Exchange

All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). vc9998 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any conversion of funds into IDR by a payment provider before reaching vc9998 is the responsibility of the Member and will be conducted at the payment provider's prevailing exchange rate.

vc9998 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus principles set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this clause, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.1 General Bonus Principles

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn;
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the promotion — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit;
• vc9998 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time without prior notice, and to recalculate or void bonuses awarded in error;
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, the use of betting software, or coordinated play across multiple accounts — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds;
• Certain game types may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) toward meeting wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.

6.2 Seasonal & Event Promotions

vc9998 periodically offers promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events and public holidays — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Nyepi — as well as major international sporting events such as the FIFA World Cup, Champions League finals, BRI Liga 1 season openers, Piala AFF, and the All England badminton championships. These promotions are announced via the platform and are available to eligible Members during the specified promotional window only.

By placing a bet or participating in any game on vc9998, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game or betting rules. The following general principles apply across all products:

• Sports Betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. vc9998 offers pre-match and in-play betting markets across a wide range of sports, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and AFF Cup fixtures. Mix parlay (Indonesian-style accumulator betting combining multiple legs into a single bet) bets are settled according to the published accumulator rules;
• Live Casino: All live dealer games — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack — are streamed in real time. Results are final once confirmed by the dealer or game system. Technical disconnections that occur after a bet has been accepted do not void the wager;
• Slots & RNG Games: All slot and RNG-based games use certified random number generation. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes;
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. These are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may be adjusted at vc9998's discretion;
• Void Bets: vc9998 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, or where the outcome of an event has been materially affected by circumstances beyond normal sporting competition.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vc9998. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Making deposits using payment methods that do not belong to you, or accepting funds from third parties for use on the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating in connection with bets placed on vc9998;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking service to circumvent geographic or account restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vc9998 staff or other members through any communication channel.

All content on the vc9998 platform — including but not limited to the vc9998 brand name, logo, design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of vc9998 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent from vc9998;
• Use the vc9998 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could create confusion or imply an unauthorized commercial relationship;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software used on the Platform.

vc9998 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

In summary, vc9998 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision and improvement of our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and subject to our internal data retention and security policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vc9998 excludes all liability for:

• Any losses — including financial losses from gambling — incurred by Members as a result of using the Platform;
• Interruptions to service, technical errors, or downtime that prevent access to the Platform or result in the loss of data;
• Any loss of winnings or account balance resulting from unauthorized access to a Member's account where the Member has failed to maintain appropriate security over their credentials;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from the use or inability to use vc9998.

vc9998's total liability to any Member for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds held in that Member's account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

12.1 Closure by Member: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting vc9998 support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, vc9998 will process any pending withdrawal of your real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations or active investigations.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by vc9998: vc9998 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• A failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Member's bank or payment provider;
• Inactivity — an account with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be designated as dormant. Dormant accounts will be subject to a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000, deducted from any remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

12.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Any bonus funds or wagering progress not yet converted will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Member via the registered payment method, minus any applicable deductions, once all outstanding verifications are complete.

vc9998 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all Members and will cooperate fully with any request from a parent or guardian who believes a minor has accessed the Platform.

vc9998 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Reviewed" date displayed at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active Members via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 12.1. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which vc9998 holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the applicable international arbitration body.

To the extent that any provision of these Terms conflicts with the mandatory consumer protection laws of Indonesia, those mandatory provisions shall take precedence with respect to Members who are residents of Indonesia. Nothing in this clause is intended to deprive Indonesian residents of protections afforded to them under Indonesian consumer law.
